What would you like to know?

Temporary storage consists of renting units with a pre-defined volume where goods from individuals, companies or institutions are kept, according to the respective space needs.

Very easily! If you want to book it immediately, you can call us at 918 789 192 or, if it’s not urgent, you can book it by sending us an email to geral@deixaki.pt.

We offer storage in Lockers, Pallets, Small Box, Large Box and Containers, so we will always have a unit to suit your needs! You will be able to see the measurements of each compartment on our website and some examples of what fits in each of them, but the easiest way is to call us (918 789 192) and in less than a minute we will decide together the best unit to feet what you need to store.

The list of what cannot be stored might seem long, but it’s for your assets and your own safety! Here is what you cannot store: food; liquids that are not adequately contained; live or dead animals; living beings, plants and vegetables; trash or waste so considered; gases under pressure or not; fuels; appliances or motor vehicles with fuel stored in the respective tank; solvents; armament and ammunition; explosives; biological agents; toxic waste; combustible, flammable, chemical, radioactive or potentially hazardous materials or substances; substances or products that emit fumes or odors; Illegal or illegally obtained products; items of considerable value, such as money, precious stones, precious metals, jewelry or valuable documents.

At DEIXAKI you can store your goods for weekly or monthly renewable periods. The lease contracts for each unit starts on the day you store your things here and automatically renews weekly or monthly (depending on what you decide) and can be cancel in writing just one week in advance.

We will be delighted to welcome you to our facilities, but if you don’t have time to come, DEIXAKI will move your goods to our warehouses at an unbeatable price, guaranteed!

Yes, we sell all kinds of packing materials. Buy conveniently in our online store or directly in our warehouses!

DEIXAKI does not keep any copy of the key to to your unit, so you will have to lock it with your own lock. If you do not have a padlock, DEIXAKI has different models for sale. If you do not come to the DEIXAKI premises, because you have hired our removal service, we will take the lock and its keys to you when collecting your goods, or else you will have to hand your own lock to our removal team so that we can close the unit upon arrival at the DEIXAKI warehouse.

As we do not have any copy of the key, we will have to cut your lock. This service will have a cost of 25 € + VAT.

Yes, whenever you want you can add or remove things from your unit. We ask you to make prior appointment before visiting our facilities so that we can give you all the attention you deserve! We will be available daily to guarantee you access to what you have stored. Please consult our schedules in the contacts or call us to arrange a visit outside of our business hours! You can also hire our transport service to do this, but remember that we do not have the key to your compartment, so you will always have to get your key to us.

Payment is made on the start date of each contract and on the day it is renewed. We will send your invoice by email in time, so that you can pay it by Bank Transfer, MBWay or Direct Debit. We strongly recommend paying by direct debit so that you no longer have anything to worry about. You can always go to our facilities, by appointment, to make the payment in ATM, Check or Cash.
