Pallet
The Pallets are identified and stored in certified industrial racks. It is a very economical way to store, as they are stackable and take up little volume. With the EuroPalete area and a height limit, the pallets are homogeneously stored and have a very robust and safe construction.

Here are the specific dimensions of the Pallet, so you can book your unit with the certainty that what you need to store fits in it.

What Fits in a Pallet?
Example 1:
You can store in a Pallet, for example: 48 boxes with books, magazines, documents and photos.
Example 2:
You can store in a Pallet, for example: 2 big suitcases + 4 medium suitcases + 6 small suitcases.
Example 3:
You can store in a Pallet, for example: 4 golf bags + golf accessories + 4 tennis rackets + balls.
Example 4:
You can store in a pallet, for example: 250 items of kitchenware.
An Example with a Story
The high school teacher, Maria Amélia, was relocated to Portimão, despite living in a one bedroom apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia. When faced with the decision from the Ministry of Education, she immediately decided to share a room with a friend in Algarve. But, she had a problem, she would not be able to make ends meet, during the school year in Portimão and keep her apartment in Gaia on her salary alone. She figured she could rent out her apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia but most of her personal belongings were still there, since the apartment she shared in Portimão was much smaller. She researched the internet and contacted DEIXAKI in order to find out how much it would cost to store those belongings in a Pallet. She made the decision to close the deal. This way she could rent out the apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia and make some extra money.
Security and Privacy
It is our client who locks his unit with his own lock, therefore DEIXAKI does not keep any copy of the key.
Pallet Storage Tip
When storing bags and golf clubs, for example, make sure they are clean and dry to prevent mold and musty odors. The same is true for any other sports equipment, such as rackets, balls, wrist or head bands.
What can't you Store in a Pallet?
As long as it fits here, you can store practically anything in a Pallet. Although, here are some legal exceptions.

- Liquids that are not properly sealed
- Alive or dead animals
- Living beings
- Plants and Vegetables
- Garbage or waste considered as such
- Gases under pressure or not
- Fuels
- Appliances or motor vehicles with fuel stored in the respective tank
- Solvents
- Storage Ammunition
- Explosives
- Biological Agents
- Toxic waste
- Combustible materials
- Inflammable
- Chemical, radioactive or potentially hazardous materials or substances
- Substances or products that emit fumes or odors
- Illegal, or illegally obtained, products;
- Items of considerable value, such as money, precious stones, precious metals, jewelry or valuable documents.
